As a member of the Framework for Architect Led Design Teams for the IDA, we were commissioned to prepare a masterplan for the development of a high density creative quarter within the National Technology Park which lies between the University of Limerick and the Castletroy area of Limerick City. We were further appointed to design the first project within the masterplan area which consisted of a 3 storey, 4,500 sq.m. office building for creative industry. VDA were further appointed to design and supervise the fit-out of the building as a software development centre for multinational Johnson and Johnson.
